Here are the details on the car:

  • 2005 Subaru Impreza 2.5RS Sport Sedan
  • 5 Speed Manual
  • 26k miles
  • Crystal Gray Metallic

Factory Installed Options (as part of the Sport package):

  • 6 disc in dash CD player FM/AM Stereo
  • Momo steering wheel (w/ paddle cruise control)
  • STi shift knob w/ shift pattern

"Upgrades":

  • Front & Rear Replica STi Strut Braces
  • Kartboy Short Shifter w/ urethane bushings (upper is installed, lower is not but is a simple install and is included - lower one probably improves shifter feel the most, but timing prevented me from installing it).
  • Paranoid Fabrications Grounding Wires (improves electrical grounding across the various components/sensors in engine bay, smoother acceleration, lower/smoother idle)

Maintenance:

Religiously changed oil & filter (full synthetic since first change - Royal Purple since 15k miles, Purolator Pure One filter always used), rotated wheels/tires at appropriate intervals. The car is running solid. It is about to be due for an oil change (I have the Royal Purple oil for this already) along with a general inspection (brakes, fluids, etc). The next service may be a good one to do at a dealer just to get some "face time" with trained Subaru mechanics (although there should not be any problems since the car has been well cared for). Classic Cadillac/Subaru is the nearest dealer to me off of I-285 and they are excellent at customer service. Otherwise Subaru of Gwinnett is also very good, have a full AWD dyno and they are REALLY into these cars.

Condition:

Amazing. Only "wear" shown on the interior is where the left pocket of shorts I wore a lot when I first got the car rubbed the driver's seat. Once I saw they were causing problems, I stopped wearing them and it never got any worse. No one sees it unless they know it is there and are looking for it. It is only on the top layer of the cloth so no fear of it ripping or anything like that. Check the photos to see what I am talking about - you will be hard pressed to even notice it.

On the exterior there are only two minor dings on each rear door (got to love tight parking spots). Once again, if you do not know they are there, you do not see them

Warranty:

Until 36,000 miles or August/September of 2008, whichever comes first

I am asking $14,695 OR BEST OFFER due to the very low miles (standard is 38k for the year), tasteful upgrades, existing warranty, and overall condition.
